Atlanta Golf Performance Training
Hiring a personal trainer is is the best way to maximize the time and effort you’re putting into your well-being.

We believe in your success.
The key to success is discipline and accountability. If you are working out on your own, the human tendency is to not push yourself as hard as a trainer will push you. Almost anything can get you off track.
Getting in shape can help you avoid the following health complications as per the CDC:
Coronary heart disease, stroke, and high blood pressure.
Type 2 diabetes.
Cancers, such as endometrial, breast, and colon cancer.
High total cholesterol or high levels of triglycerides.
Liver and gallbladder disease.
Sleep apnea and respiratory problems.
Degeneration of cartilage and underlying bone within a joint (osteoarthritis).
Reproductive health complications such as infertility.
Mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, etc.
EXERCISE RIGHT:
HIIT - High Intensity Interval Training
Go inside any big fitness center in America and you will see a large majority of people walking around aimlessly, and the rest are spending all of their time on treadmills, elliptical machines, stationary bikes and exercising with free weights with no real understanding of what to do. These types of exercise are fine as long as you follow a routine that progressively pushes you harder each week instead of doing the same thing every time. Having a personal trainer will not only help you create a personalized workout routine but would help you to push yourself further than you would be able to on your own.
The best form of exercise I have found is called high intensity interval training (HIIT). It involves repeated bouts of high intensity effort alternating with recovery period.
Here’s a starter warmup: do all three exercises without resting, and repeat it three times. This is a starting point. As you progress, we will go way beyond this.
The key to fitness isn’t just working out. You have to feed your body the right things at the right time in order to get the results you want.
EAT RIGHT.
